TIPS FOR STARTER:Spray the brush with the water then dip into the pigment.Make it less liquidy and it is will easier to work with
AS WATER BASED EYELINER:Our body paint set also can be used as eyeliner. It is glow under UV/blacklight and NOT waterproof. The eyeliner apply on smoothly and dry pretty fast and are easy to remove with soapy warm water or wipes
